Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

 

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

Exchange Policy (No Refunds):  
- We do not offer refunds.  
- Eligible items can be exchanged only within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must have all original tags attached.
- The item must be unworn and in original condition.
- The item must be free from perfume, makeup stains, or any other marks or odors.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for exchange.
